Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
TechDev provides technology solutions including web development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, API development, and consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements with clients.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
- Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and designs as specified in individual agreements. TechDev retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development.
Limitation of Liability
TechDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
